Completed Preparations to Provide 24/7 Service During the Holidays

YEDAŞ, which aims to provide services at international standards by carrying out network and technology strengthening studies with a customer satisfaction-oriented approach in the 5 provinces it serves, will be on duty with its 24/7 teams to provide quality and continuous service during the Eid al-Adha holiday.

ALL REQUESTS WILL BE CONSIDERED INSTANTLY

It will continue to serve in the provinces, districts and villages of Samsun, Ordu, Çorum, Amasya and Sinop, with 619 breakdown repair personnel, 232 vehicles and 61 supervisors on duty during the holiday. Our 40-person network management center staff will be on duty on a 24/7 basis in order to detect any malfunction that may occur through Low Voltage Monitoring Systems, to intervene remotely via SCADA systems, and to ensure coordination with the field.

In case of any constraint in the distribution network, 12 generators will be deployed in critical locations and kept in a position to be used quickly as needed.

We will be on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with our field, Call Center and Network Management Center employees to provide continuous electrical energy to our customers during the holiday. In line with the notifications received through monitoring systems, Call Center and other channels, we will direct the closest team and ensure that the malfunction is resolved.
