CMC Turkey, which offers solutions tailored to the needs of its customers with CRM and Artificial Intelligence-based robotic process automation applications, received the “Respect for Human” award for the 2nd time, thanks to the steps it took to ensure the satisfaction of its employees and 
job applicants.
In order to be nominated for the award, companies must have received at least 20,000 applications for Istanbul and at least 10,000 applications for Anatolia, 99% of the applications must be answered within 21 days, and they must have recruited 75 people on Kariyer.net within a year.
CMC Turkey Recruitment and Resource Planning Manager Cem Ercan made a statement regarding the award: “As CMC Turkey, we always keep the morale and happiness of our employees among our priorities. In this survey we conducted with the research company Pragma on employee satisfaction, it was revealed that the satisfaction rate of our employees was 72%. This rate is 10 points above the general average of the industry. This year, we achieved the highest employee engagement rate of the previous 5 years. Therefore, such awards we have won in the field of human resources make us very happy. We will always continue to invest in people and human resources.”
