With the licenses it has won, ASUNIM has become the leader
in the licensed SPP segment in Portugal after Turkey.
ASUNIM Turkey Founding Partner Umut Gürbüz stated that they are in a very good position in the solar energy sector in Turkey, considering both the service quality and the installed power; “The fact that our engineers in Turkey are also involved in the systems we install abroad makes us proud to witness both the know-how we have added to our country and the successful work of Turkish engineers in the international arena. We spread the strong experience we have gained in Turkey to our global services, and we contribute to the solar energy sector in our country to go one step further every day by transferring our overseas engineering knowledge to our country in parallel.
About 20% of the licensed SPP projects installed in Turkey belong to us. We aim to use the knowledge and experience we have gained thanks to the unique dynamics of different countries in the projects we are involved in in all countries where we operate. As a group, we are carrying out projects simultaneously in the TRNC, Egypt, Portugal and Sudan. Just as our engineering teams from different countries of the world are located in Turkey, we also benefit from the experience of our Turkish engineers in our projects abroad. This dynamism and different perspectives allow us to build systems with the same standards and quality wherever we are in the world.”
ASUNIM, which has been operating in the solar energy sector for many years and has accomplished many successful projects; It will continue to work for the spread of clean energy to the world by constructing licensed and large-scale solar energy systems in Turkey, Portugal and other countries where it operates.
